Triple offset butterfly valve

The Triple offset butterfly valve features an eccentric stem axis and a butterfly plate sealing surface that tilts relative to the cylindrical axis of the valve body. This results in an elliptical sealing surface, making the valve body asymmetrical, with one side tilted and the other parallel to the centerline.

The key innovation of the three-eccentric butterfly valve is the shift from positioning sealing to torsion sealing, no longer relying on the elastic deformation of the valve seat but on the pressure of the contact surface to achieve sealing.

This design not only resolves the issue of zero leakage in metal valve seats but also ensures high pressure and temperature resistance, as the contact surface pressure is proportional to the media pressure.
